Your "Introduction" letter The Introduction Letter will be the very first letter you mail to everyone on the many lists provided by your Circle members.This letter will appear to be authored by your Circle member so you must write it with that in mind. But it also will be written in a fill-in-the-blank format since you’ll be making many, many photocopies of this letter for use during your Work Party (see Chapter 4, Step 8 in the Gold Enhancements for much more on your Work Party). You will need to draft TWO Introduction letters. One from a Circle Member couple (usually husband and wife) and one from a single Circle Member. You will need to change the "We" to "I", the "us" to "me", etc.
Finally, you should include a reference to your toll-free "Free Recorded Message" in ALL your letters. This will prompt everyone that you contact to call and listen to your Message. This is good. The more you can educate your hundreds and even thousands of contacts, the better. I know this will cost you a little bit of money since you pay for every minute that your toll-free number is used...BUT...this will be money well spent. You want those you contact to feel EMOTIONALLY INVOLVED in your search. Encouraging them to listen to your Recorded Message will dramatically help to get everyone "hooked" into your search.
