The first responsibility of your Inner Circle members is to assemble and manage lists of names and addresses of everyone they personally know, and for the groups to which they belong.

For each Circle member, you will ask them to assemble lists of people that are in THEIR CIRCLE of INFLUENCE. This is important because it will ensure the most powerful use of Power #4: The Power of Endorsement. Your Circle member is endorsing your search for a Birthmom, and you want that endorsement to carry weight.

After they have exhausted their Circle of Influence, they can reach out past friends and family, to acquaintances, Club members, professional relationships, etc.

Also remember this...the city or state of the people on these lists does not matter. Birthmoms can live anywhere.

Your Circle members will be assembling and managing their own lists of names and addresses for you. They may choose to use a computer program or 3x5 cards, a notebook, or whatever suits them best.

But remember, this is their job. There is no way that you can or would want to manage all of the names on all of the lists of all of your Inner Circle members. You would be "swamped" into inaction.
